Hardware and Software Specifications

The following hardware and software are minimum specifications to work with the Blackboard application:

Platform: Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, or XP; MacOS 9 or MacOS X

Hardware: 64 MB of RAM, 1 G of free disk space

Software: Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader

Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 7.1

NOTE: JavaScript & Cookies must be enabled

Modem: 56 K or other Internet connection
